What do you usually get for mothers day. This year we're going to cancel each other out because I am too lazy to do fathers day. At least that is my plan. {:+)

Breakfast in bed and a lie-in. Chocolates would be nice and I told my hubby I need a new crop as my son wrecked both of my old ones.

I've decided I'm getting Naughty Alice by Vivienne Westwood. Damo always lets me choose what I want. I got Pandora beads last year. I just get my mum and MIL a card. I forget what I got Damo for Father's day bahahaha I remember getting him a card and present but can't remember what the present was. Probably alcohol.

Is there an adaptor you can get for them to do that Jayce? I am clueless, but that could be a potential gift for my hubby. He doesn't play it that often, but when he does, it is his down time that he very much deserves :)

This year I asked for an ice cream maker for Mother's Day (I'm an appliance junkie) and my husband wants the adaptor so he can play Live on the Xbox360 for Father's Day.

Chad's a really great gift giver. He's thoughtful and always picks up things that are practical but wonderful. One year it was a jewelry box, which I thought was wonderful. Then I found a beautiful necklace in it a day later...he didn't even tell me! He just waited for me to find it. Another year it was some pretty clothes.

It's nice to never know what to expect. I think I hit the jackpot :)
I do the same thing for him. We both love giving gifts. It's nice to see him smile when I get it right.

Hanging flower baskets are always appreciated around here. It's what I get my Mum too. :)

Unfortunately I am unlikely to get a sleep in, as my son's team has a rugby match....and mum has a job to do in getting him there. So I have no idea what Mother's Day will bring. My husband always organises to take the kids shopping beforehand. I usually end up with a few new books, but sometimes he can be unpredictable.

Hi Schyla,
I would love to be that kind of mom, but for some reason, I dont have it in me. It makes me sad though. But he is great. He doesnt ask for much which is great because that is what he gets. We have been together since 1984. He deserves to have mothers day off. ha ha. Thanks for the response. {:+)

I love getting things for my husband it's always something small like a t-shirt with the kids hands on it (he wheres them all the time too) last year I surprised him with the game he really wanted. For me all I ask for is a clean house a home cooked meal I didn't have to make and a nap! if I could get those things (doesn't happen all that often as he works at a very popular restaurant) but that is all I really want!
