Mothers with live in nannys can you help me?

im a business owner and am 17 weeks preg with my 2nd baby between runing the business and the house me and my husband can hardly handle everything on our own and with the 2nd baby coming we want to hire some help but dont know what exactly to do to hire a live in nanny so if you could give me some advice on how to do this thanks...p.s plz no negitive comments towards getting a nanny ive posted other places and have got nothing but mean comments like im a bad mother for wanting a nanny and having someone else raise my children (no its not like that i will be home most of the time this nanny will be there so i can actually get things done) thanks!

If there's an employment agency where you live, you can also ask if they know of any nannies for hire.

1st is to post an ad I guess, and fyi no your not a bad mom to want to work. But always ask for references criminal checks, and child welfare checks, always if they refuse not worth it. Also ask for their background in working with kids, and if they are really good they would let you contact prev. Employer that they nanny too, that the best way to find ot if they are right for you. Other then that you need to let them know your hiring by posting an ad out.
