I have a 8 month old daughter. I live in ohio and the biological father doesn't pay child support or anything and I have let him see her in the past but I got offered a good job in another state and the biological father doesn't like to take care of her but his mother is trying to get custody of my daughter. What is the terms about moving and don't I have full custody?

You really have to speak to a lawyer. Each state has different laws, but in general, if you have 50/50 custody, both parents have to agree on a move that takes the child out of the state that one parent still resides in.

It would be very hard for the mother to get custody if there is no findings that your child is not safe with you. Please PLEASE get a lawyer asap. This way you can address the child support, and also moving out of state legally with your child.

The other ladies are right. If you don't have custody and visitation worked out in court, then you don't have full custody. The father's mother most likely would not be able to get custody, unless you were somehow shown to be unfit.

What do your court orders say? If you have none, then, no you don't have full custody
