I'm new here! My name is Monica, and I'm an American living in Australia with my Australian hubby and two little boys (3 and 10 months). After 7 years in Australia, we're planning a move back to the states to be near my family. Looks like we'll be moving in October of 2014 or thereabouts.
We would like to have a third child, and I don't want them to be too far apart if possible (around 2 years ideally), but this overseas move is making it a bit complicated. Would like to at least be pregnant when we move if possible, but then, I'm wondering, is it better to move when pregnant, and have to change prenatal care/find a hospital/figure out a new system (I've never had a baby in America before!), or better to move with a newborn/young baby? That, I know, would bring some massive challenges of its own! Three young children moving overseas. :/ I know that however we do it, it won't be easy!
I just wondered if any other ladies have gone through a big move while pregnant, or with a newborn, and if you have any advice from your experience? Which do you think is *less* painful? :p
Thanks so much!
