My husband graduates from AIT may 1st and we just found out his duty station will be Honolulu hawaii. So I have less than 30 days to figure out what I need to do to move and be moved. Im at a loss. Do I need to call or set up for all our belongings to be shipped. How do I get plaine tickets for me and my daughter. Will my dog be able to fly with us. I have no clue what im suppose to be doing. Help please!!!

Just remembered your husband is just finishing AIT. So since you're not actually on base yet, I think your husband will be able to learn all the answers while he's at AIT.

Coast Guard? My dad was transferred there when I was 5.
I think they will tell you everything you need to know. There should be a building/office that answers all your questions. I think you might need to get the plane tickets and they'll give you your money back with a travel voucher. This is just my experience as an army wife at one point. They might be able to crate your dog. Sorry I don't know a whole lot but I do know there are people there that can answer things for you.Good luck with your move!
