I have a mumps, I am so worried about my 5 months old baby.. is it possible he can get mumps from me? is it good for my baby to be vaccinated like MMR?

Mumps is highly contagious. This is why they recommend parents are immunised against these things. Unfortunately, your baby CAN get mumps from you. You should talk to your baby's pediatrician about vaccination (I don't know if they will give it this young), however, it is probably too late. You are contagious well before you exhibit symptoms, so your baby may already have it.
