My 1 yr old had influenza A two weeks ago went to the dr yesterday and now he has influenza B why does he keep getting this stuff or could it be something different with his immunsystem

You have to be exposed to the flu germs to get the flu... even as an adult if you do not get the flu shot, and you are exposed to the flu, you can get it... but if you get the flu shot your chances are extremely slim of getting it. and yes infants immune system is not as built up as adults.
