My 10 month baby poops every nap time.. Help!!!!!

Everytime I put my son down for a nap he either goes to sleep and then wakes up ten minutes later with a poopy nappy/diaper or he cries for half an hour and I come in and change him and put him back and if in lucky he will go to sleep. I need help. I have no idea what to do because he's not getting sleep and he's only ten months old.
I started out parenting him following the attachment parenting philosophy of never leaving your baby to cry but he's exhausted and I'm exhausted and feeding him to sleep does not work at all.
Help!! Ideas suggestions anything....

Change his diaper and then try taking him for a ride in the stroller, a drive in the car, or a walk with him a baby carrier. One of our sons had a hard time napping around the age, but he would nap reliably if I wore him around the house on my back.

Unfortunately, poor sleep often begets more poor sleep. If your son is over tired it's not surprising that he's hard to get back to sleep.
