My 10 month old is an emotional wreck about food!

My LO has always loved food from when he first started breastfeeding to the moment he tasted his first "solid" food. It used to actually be cute how much he loved food. Now... it's a lot different! He eats at pretty much the exact same time as I do (stay at home mom). He even has inbetween snacks that I don't have. But sometimes his dad eats at a different time.. LO will crawl over to his daddy begging for food like a little puppy. If he doesn't get it he will start screaming at the top of his lungs!!

Also when I am feeding him in his chair and there is no more food left because he has eaten (usually more than one portion) I'll take the dish away. He begins to scream as loud as he can.. even though you can tell that he wasn't hungry anymore.

I have no idea what to do. I feel bad because if he's hungry I obviously want to feed him, but sometimes he wants things he can't eat yet and it is an emotional roller coaster every day.

My 11-month does the "puppy-beg" too. I would try, if you can, not to eat in front of him after he's had his own meal. I would also try to offer more breastfeeding or water, just so he has a fuller feeling tummy.
