She's still very little, she may just need a little extra. Especially if she goes right back down after I wouldn't worry too much. She will eventually start sleeping through the night.

At 10 mo I dont agree with taking away a nap. A lot of things could be waking her up at night. She could be growing or teething. Some children just dont sleep through the night until they are older. My son didn't sleep through the night consistently until he was over a year, my daughter was 5 months. Its hard, and I feel for you but I dont know if there is really a whole lot you can do?

My daughter didn't sleep all night at that age either. In fact, she just had 2 'screaming night terror' episodes last night and she's 3 1/2! All kids are different. Try weaning the bottles by gradually watering down and offering a smaller amount. Follow your own instincts and don't worry about what everyone else is doing. Good luck :)

With my grandson, I had to keep him from taking a nap (They get really cranky) and put cereal in his bedtime milk. I know its a simple answer and you may have tried it already. Goodluck.
