If you believe in that type of thing, then yes, it's absolutely possible.

The *killer her mother* thing worries me. A lot actually. Even if she's saying she won't do it.

Personally, I would first have her checked for any kind of mental abnormality. Auditory hallucinations can definitely be signs of other, more serious things going on and it's important to rule out the mundane, medical side of things before anything else.

When and if you rule out any medical disorder, I would highly suggest a cleansing. There are many different ways to do one and which one you choose should relate to your personal beliefs. You can have a priest come into the house and use holy water to cleanse and bless the house and property. You could do a smudging, which falls into the Native American belief system. Or there are many pagan rituals that you could do to create the same cleansing and protective effect.

I would suggest Googling *How to cleanse* or something to that effect. Find a ritual that is in line with your beliefs and that speaks to you.

There are also assorted protective charms with different gemstones, metals, herbs and the like that can be kept on or around your child to ward off harmful or negative spirits.

I would also suggest to your daughter that she tell the spirit to go away. You can be there with her if she feels more comfortable with you around. But she needs to tell the spirit that he can't stay around her any more. He needs to move on. Don't be wishy washy about it. It needs to be firm and clear. The spirit needs to leave, whether it just leaves her and the household alone or whether it actually moves on, doesn't matter. Think about it like tell an ex bf that he needs to move on with his life and get over you. You can be nice, I would advice against being rude. But be firm. And then tell her not to talk to or acknowledge the spirit anymore after it's been asked to leave. Just treat it like it doesn't exist, no matter what it may say to her.

Let her know that she needs to tell you if it starts saying anything really scary, but not to talk to it at all.

Kids are more perceptive than adults. I wish you and your daughter the best of luck with dealing with this :) Feel free to PM anytime if you have questions or concerns or just want to talk about things :)

If you don't believe in ghosts, then you need to rule out medical problems like schizophrenia. You need to have her professionally evaluated.

No one here can help you. You need to go and talk to your doctor and let them know what's going on. They will probably send you to a psychiatrist who will run tests and be able to give you solid information.

While rare, it is completely possible for a young child to have schizophrenia or other mental illnesses that can cause hallucinations. If that's the case, your daughter needs medication and therapy to deal with these problems.
