my 13 and 15 yr olds act like they cant stand each other,its more the 13 yr old !

Hi, I can feel your pain. My fourteen year old daughter and 16 year old son are at each other all the time! Just remember that it is normal for siblings to argue and disagree. It is a matter of hormones, and the fact that living with other people so closely, can be a real pain sometimes! (LOL)! As long as you know that deep down they love each other, and that they would stand up for each other, everything is okay and normal.
Counselling or a good family discussion could be really beneficial for you too! Keep strict but remember that good old-fashioned love goes a long way aswell.

Sounds about right for the ages. At 16 & 13, my kids learned to agree to disagree for a couple of years.

Enforce house rules: No fighting, everyone treats each other with respect, etc.
