My 14 month old seems only interested in breastmilk. Should I be worried?

My 14 month old doesn't like solid food. He seems only interested in breastmilk even though he used to eat baby food. He stopped taking anything but the breast, yet we still try him on solids...

Thanks Jodi, he will eat table foods, but is VERY selective and only very small amounts...the only thing he eats without incident are the gerber puff cereals...we've been to a nutrionist and both her and his doctor say he's perfectly healthy (75th percentile) but I just want him to eat more and breastfeed less as my milk seems to be decreasing...

Ho long ago did he stop eating baby food? Will he eat normal table food or finger food, rather than baby food? Try that. My kids both rejected baby food at quite a young age, preferring to eat what was on my plate. Also, he may be more inclined to eat if he is sitting with you at YOUR meals. At 14 months, it is great that he is still breastfeeding, but at this point, he really does need to be eating solids or he won't be getting sufficient nutrients.
