Does he still use that walker? If so, its time to get rid of it. Next, you just need to work with him holding hands and let him walk around the furniture and such. That will help him learn to walk too. The push toys that he can walk behind are a life saver. My daughter was just a year old and would not let go for no reason to go on her own. We got her one of those push toys and within a short time she walked (13.5 months old). Also when he cries if you let go, let him cry it out. He is not hurt, he is not needing anything just to hold your hand. Find something else he can hang on to and walk with like a favorite toy or something. You can let go of it and he will walk on own. Also, how much stuff is done for him? You said he is the youngest one. Do the other kids do everything for him such as bringing him his drink, snacks, toys, and other things? Do they pick him up and carry him all over? (IF they are that big that is).
