My son feels depressed has outbursts of anger, he has been to docs, and he is waiting to see cams. I listen to him talk to him but when he is in that frame of mind he's says I don't listen to him, I don't understand, but then 3 hours later when he's out with his mates or doing something that he enjoys he says sorry mum I can't help it, he does work and he has plenty of friends he goes to the gym, he is in post 16 at the moment and he has a older brother he is 20,

Hi thankyou for your reply I agree with what your saying I try to much fuss over him when he feel like that, I say do you want a lift in town, do you want this do you want that etc,he's out at the moment well he just walk out I didn't speak to me, so I just let him get on with and I text him and said, have a good afternoon and I love you

He sounds to me that he is stressed trying to find himself, he is growing up, but probably not feeling like he is being treated at times that way. He has something that bothers him. He wants to talk you its good you let him, but its our part to sometimes not say anything or try to fix it unless they want us to. Just let him know you are here for support, and that you love him. He just needs to vent and wants to get out that energy.
