I would seek a family councellor. Sometimes a facilitator can get problems sorted out that people can't get organized on their own.

today she said and think that she have chemical in balance (depression) ,she want to take medication for it,im going to make appointment for her to see psychology/ psikiater but im not gonna let her take chemical,

respect her privacy and let her come to you if she needs your help with something. teens at that age wants privacy and don't want parents to prowl and be nosey. if you do ..then you are going to push her futher away and possibility of hating you. as long as she is okay and not hurt, then that is what is important

You're going to have to give a lot more information. Why is she shutting down? What is she shutting down about? How is she shutting down? Has something happened in your lives or between the two of you?
