My daughter Avianna is 18 months and i don't know what to do with her any more. She always has to have a sippy cup to go to sleep and a refill before I go to bed to sleep through the night. I really want to transition her to a toddler bed but I want to get her broke of this habit first. What should I do? I also am having a problem with her taking her one nap a day. She fights with me and screams and cries and it takes up to 30 min to an hour for her to fall asleep cuz she plays around in her crib and also is now starting to take her clothes off and diaper off.... I've washed her being four times this week.... Help!!!

You state she has to have a sippy cup before bed. She does not HAVE to have a sippy cup you CHOOSE to give it to her. If you don't want her having it don't give it to her. Yes, you may need to deal with the crying while you change the habit, but all will survive.

For naps. Keep your day routine. Lay her down at the same time each day and after the same activity. If she sleeps great if she plays that is ok too. Keep the nap for the same times each day (example...from 1pm to 3pm).

What i do with my 18 month son is i let him watch in youtube the abc songs and in 15-30 mins. just tell him it's over and he needs to take a nap. It's ok if it will be one time as long as long nap.
