In the past 3 weeks my daughter has gone from sleeping all night to waking up every 45 minutes. Everything is still the same our routine and everything except she had a molar come in and now she rolls and tosses and turns all night waking up every 30-45 min and crying. I have tried orajel on her gums thinking maybe another might be coming through, I have tried tylenol and ibuprofen and gas medicine, I have tried warm baths with the night time soaps, I have also tried getting her to eat right before bed. I have also tried cutting her naps down to 30 min and letting her sleep for 2 1/2 hours thinking maybe she was over tired. Nothing helps no matter what I do. Her dad starts work in a week and will be staying out of town 2-3 nights at a time. As of right now we have taken turns every night taking care of her but when he starts I will be by myself. Any tips on getting her to sleep again through the night I really need help on this one. I'm completely exhausted and so is her dad.

No fever, no holding her head or things like that. no belly aches or rashes or pulling her ears. I'm going to call tomorrow I guess and try to get an appointment. maybe I'll have some luck. thanks for the help

if thats the case then yes, i believe a dr appointment is in order. has she had a fever? tummy ache? rashes on the bum? maybe something is bothering her and the signs are very small.
wish i could help more..
good luck

I tried eliminating naps it makes the nights worse because she is way too tired. As a matter of fact the 2 days that I tried it she woke up every 10-15 min crying worse than ever. She will not take teething rings or anything like that, no pacifiers nothing. I tried the CIO method in 5 and 10 min she will cry then scream like a banshee till she makes herself throw up. I have tried teething tablets, magnets, my fingers everything and she throws it (she's started early on the terrible 2's) or she won't have anything to do with it. I have been running on energy drinks (can't drink coffee) and soda's and chocolate and so little sleep that I can't hardly focus. On nights that her dad gets up with her I'm still awake until I know she's back to sleep then I can sleep I don't know what to do. As of now she has 5 molars so i'm hoping that's all it is. I might just have to take her to the dr and make sure nothing else is wrong.

That must suck!
the molars are the most painful when they grow in and they take the longest to do so. Sounds like she is struggling with the pain. Have you tried the CIO method in 10 minute increments?
My son started doing this last week as well, ive been running on 4 cups of coffe and 3 hours of sleep for a while and understand what youre going through.
If youre using Tylenol there really isnt much else you can do. have you tried teething tablets or a teething ring/necklace? kids take those things like magnets to a fridge. She might wake up, find the necklace and soothe herself back to sleep.
try eliminating a nap during the day to make her extra tired for night sleep.
good luck!
