My daughter is not at all a picket eater but one day she will eat great at all 3 meals but the next day she won't want to eat at all. Should I be concerned?

No, that sounds pretty normal. As long as when she eats she is getting healthy meals, occasionally refusing to eat won't have a long term effect.

Have you talked to your pediatrician about it? Sometimes they will run a few tests to check enzyme, potassium, and blood sugar (key factors in malnutrition signs and prevention).

I wouldn't be concerned unless its affecting her daily routine, like bm's, energy, attention, sleep, and mood. Children often don't develop a confident palate until 5-6 years, even then it might be chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese every day.
