Well, I'd recommend a bit more attention to dental hygiene, and a visit to the dentist.

I am hoping you have taken him to the dentist? If you are giving him anything in his crib at night like milk in a bottle, stop. Watch what you are giving him to eat, like candy...and other crunchy foods (chips etc) that stick to the teeth. Brush at least 2 times per day. What have you been doing to prevent this?

I have taken her to the dentist. I only give her water to drink aside from cashew milk with meals. She eats very healthy. I have stopped the night nursing and the dentist said it could be allot worse and to brush her teeth 3 times a day, which I do. Thank you for the support. Things are looking better, at least not any worse.
