My son is 19 months old and has never been a good sleeper, but up until about his first birthday it wasn't a big deal. He would wake up need a bottle/cup then go back to sleep with little incident. But the last few months have been exhausting. He almost refuses to go to sleep, then when he does every night around 12 it's screaming tantrums, then again around 3. At first I marked this up to growing pains (he grew 2 inches in less than 6 months) but now I'm not so sure what could be continually causing this. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can help my son sleep better?

He could be getting his 2 year molars.......sounds like he's in pain. Try to give him some Motrin for the night.
