IS IT OKAY TO HAVE MY 19MONTHS OLD BABY ONLY ON PEDIASURE? HE WILL NOT EAT ANY SOLID FOOD. HE IS STRONG AND ACTIVE THROUGH. PLEASE HELP I NEED SUGGESTIONS.

No. They need to be on solids foods both for Nutrition and also for developmental reasons. Chewing foods is a big developmental milestone. That can be linked to speech and hearing, so a lack in one area could lead to a delay or lack in another area.

Kids are also going to eat/drink what is severed to them. If you give him only pediasure then that is what he will have. If you stop giving him pediasure then he will start eating. Right now he has no reason to eat the solid foods...he can get what he wants.

I would not start something like this without discussing it with a doctor. If he is strong and active, he must be eating something. A child this old should be on a modified table-food diet. Eating everything you do, just soft enough for him to safely eat with limited teeth.
