My dd has had reflux since she was 3 weeks old, takes Prilosec everyday and Zantac as needed which seems to be once a day at night usually. She sleeps in her car seat docs orders and is bf. Since she turned a month old she poops once every other sometimes every 2 days and between those movements she is very gassy, straining and it makes it very hard for her to fall asleep because of the gas pain she has. Cycling her legs doesn't seem to help or rubbing her tummy, gripe water does sometimes but not always. On top of her discomfort with pooping and reflux, she just started teething! She's always been a challenge to get to nap and sleep at night. She fights staying awake because she loves to be awake and apart of things. Im so exhausted trying to figure out how to help her each day, especially when she's not sleeping enough and gets overtired so it's even harder to get her down:( it's so hard to tell what she needs because she has so many issues:( we give her Motrin as needed and orajel as needed for her teething pain because she won't take teething toys this young and cries so much in pain for her teething. And it's her back molars that are coming in, so she rubs her ears along with chewing on her hand constantly and drooling. please if anyone can give me advice on helping her sleep better id really appreciate it because the sleep is what she needs lately with all that's going on.
