My daughter is 2.5. She wakes up late (can be around 1pm) and goes to bed very late as well (can be around 3am). Basically, she sleeps during the day and is awake at night. She does have one nap for about 1 hour. If I wake her up earlier in the morning, she does not have enough sleep because of going to bed late the night before. Therefore, she takes two naps during the day, which is more than what she needs to go to bed on time and it gets repeated again and again. Please give me some advice on how to put her back into normal schedule. Adults can do it by simply forcing themselves not to sleep before they have to, but children cannot. It seems like we do live in a different time-zone. I need help. Thank you.
