She skips her day sleep and then in the night will scream till we drive her in the car to settle, which is insane, but I don't see other options as my 3 year old girl needs some sleep too.

She refuses to be rocked, would not settle in her bed or our bed. She wants to go to her sisters bed, but that's a way to delay bedtime and her sister would not sleep with her.

I feel really lost and powerless to help and I hate watching her cry herself to sleep sitting up in the cornet of my room, just to wake up 2 minutes later because she falls down. Please help.

Hi, first thing is you have to be consistant. Without a regular routine it is hard on children. No rocking, no fighting. Put her in bed, say good night and leave the room. If she cries it is ok. You can go in the room every 3 minutes to lay her down if she isn't coming out of the room. She will eventually settle. Kids need to be told what to do or you will have a child that cries over everything. try 3 minutes, then 5 minutes then 10 minutes in between laying her down. Do not speak to her That is Important. I hope it works for you :)
