My 24 year old daughter has severe anorexia and has just been diagnosed with aspergers

I wondered whether there was anyone who had similar problems and have had successful treatment/therapy provided. My daughter is making no progress, before the aspergers diagnosis, during her last CPA the psychiatrist basically threatened that she would be sectioned if she didn't put on a certain amount of weight in a given time period. This type of threat was never going to work with an aspergic or anyone else for that matter. How could any weight gain be sustainable!
I used to weigh my daughter, she will not allow this now and all this threat has resulted in is my daughter telling lies to placate the therapist. I suspected this was happening and she has admitted to me now and is desperate for help. Being an adult she can choose not to go to appointments and I don't think they will do anything about this as they think she is doing better than she is. They are not interested in speaking to me. My daughter feels that her therapist has not helped her at all as she really does not understand. I really do not know what to do.
