I am always crying thinking of the pain she is or might be in when she starts her chemo and her being weak.. shes a strong young lady and I feel there is nothing I can do.

Thank you so much Dana that makes me feel soooo much more at ease, My daughter turned her life around completely, went from overweight to now being a beachbody coach and now this..I don't have any doubts that she will be cured, it's just that i'm scared or it actually hursts my heart to know she will be hurting ..she starts the 28th i'll let you know how it goes. thanks again

Hi Kara- how is your daughter doing now? What kind of cancer? My 21 year old daughter was diagnosed with Burkitts Lymphoma ( a type of non hodgkins) in 2011- out of the blue, totally healthy until then. We had several months of hell with most intense chemo regimen ever, but she was completed cured, is healthy and happy now, graduated college and got engaged since then. It is so scary but you have to be completely positive and strong and just know that your lives will likely be back to normal soon - in young people they do so well with chemo and so many cancers are totally curable now- praying that is the case for your daughter! Let me know if you have any questions? Dana
