My 3 1/2 year old daughter has SPD and has not slept well since she was born. The past year she has woken herself up by he constant movement of the legs. She just does not seem to be able to get comfortable. We have tried everything!! She has been on melatonin, I have tried a massage at bedtime, warm bath. We have had a sleep study where she was diagnosed wtih sleep apnea. Saw another doctor that said the sleep apnea was not an issue, It is not very severe. I just dont know what to do from here. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

when she sleeps does she snore? and if she does does she make herself quit breathing for a moment? (this pertains to sleep apnea) I was able to get my daugher's tonsils and adenoids removed due to her sleep apnea you might want to take her to an ENT to have them look at her throat, i know i looked down my daughter's throat once and was AMAZED at how BIG her tonsils were when she wasn't even SICK the size of a hole in her throat that she was to be able to breath throw was the size of a small straw
