My 3 month old doesn't seem to remain full.

Here recently my little one has almost constantly been eating. He eats 4 to 6 oz a feeding, generally, and usually every 3 hours. But starting last night, he was eating 2 to 4 oz ever 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I've read that there's different formulas I could try that are a bit thicker but it took me 4 different formulas to get him to where he was no longer having digestive issues. Are there any suggestions to how Ian help him stay full? He used to wake up and just whine, now he literally screams at the top of his lungs like he's not eaten all day or something. It's pitiful.. Of course my mother and grandmother suggested rice cereal but I know he's too young.

He might be going through a growth spurt. Babies will hit those every so often and then want to eat like crazy for a little bit. Usually it lasts a week or two and then they go back to normal (with maybe an increase of an ounce or so at each feeding). I would suggest staying with the formula that you have found that works with his digestive system and then just feed more often. If it works see if he does ok with a few extra ounces at each feeding, but if he is not wanting it or spitting it up then keep it back down and just feed more often. It will slow down soon. :)
