My 3 month old eats 8 ounces a feeding, time for baby food?

So my 3 month old has been eating 8 ounces in her bottle for 4 weeks now, and nurses for a total of an hour to an hour and 5 minutes at each session.

She has lately seemed slightly unsatisfied with 8 ounces. She is slightly chunky but not overly chunky for her age she is still in 0-3 month clothes. She has long legs and a long torso.

Should I start on Baby food.
She sleeps all night and eats every 3 to 4 hours during the day.

No. Baby food should not be introduced until at least 6 months. Even then food is just for fun and not meant to fill a baby up. They shouldn't start solid meals until after a year. She's 3 months, probably going through a growth spurt. Mine is going through one now too. She's breast fed, nurses for hours on end the past week. Its normal for a baby to eat a lot, they grow fast so they need lots of milk.
