People often confuse the 3 month growth spurt with teething. They do have similar signs. Fussiness, change in sleeping pattern, constantly smacking lips and putting things into mouth. Eating constantly and/or getting frustrated while feeding.

Nope. my little one had one of his front ones coming in at 3 months. By 4 months he had his two front teeth!

I have heard of babies teething early in their infancy, but I also know that the tell-tale signs of teething do not always mean that a baby is teething. It really just depends on their rate of development as to how soon or how late they will cut teeth. If you think your baby is teething, then try massaging the gums to help ease the discomfort. There really isn't much you can do to ease teething pain, aside from medication but I think your baby is too young for any medicinal pain relief. If you're concerned, I would speak to a doctor because they will know best what to recommend.
