my 3 months old twins only drink 2 to 3 oz of formula every 3 hours how can i make them drink more i am so worried please help

Don't panic because if they are growing and gaining weight, then they are getting the nutrients they need. If you're worried about them not eating enough, consult your doctor to be sure that their health is not at risk. As for getting them to eat more, you can't really force it on them, but you might try a couple of things. First, instead of feeding them every 2-3 hours, what if you feed them every 1.5 hours? And second, gradually increase their feeds by a tablespoon and see if that helps. Their little tummies will stretch to accomodate more food...but it's important to be very gradual so that you're not feeding them too much at once and having them spit it all up. But above all, I really do think this is a question for a doctor because he/she will have the twins' information and be a better judge of what course of action to take with feeding.
