It's normal for a BF baby to go several days with out a bowel movement, however bc she is supplemented with formula she should be going a little more. I did the same with my son. He was breast and formula fed and he would go a few days with out going. Then when he would go it would be just a little and either hard or really thick and pasty. His pediatrician had me start him on apple juice at 3 months. To start with we did 2 ounces of full strength juice in the morning. That didn't seem to produce the bowel movements I would like to see so we did 2 ounces in the morning and 2 ounces in the evening. If you are not comfortable giving her juice yet (some doctors say wait til theyre older) you could put a tsp of light corn syrup in her formula bottle in the morning. It should clean her right out. Hope this helps.

A breastfed baby can go as long as 14 days in between poops. She'll go when she's ready but when she does its going to be quite a mess.
