You don't!!!! It's a reaction to hormones changing as a result of being out in the real world! It will go away...promise! My daughter had HORRIBLE baby acne, and she is the most beautiful 4 year old EVER. It's frustrating, because you think they should be perfect, but it goes away...

oh and dont put anything on it!!! think about your face...if you put a bunch of gunk on acne it only gets worse...baby acne is normal and it will ALL go away, my 13 month old son is the most handsome boy in the world (well to me anyway :)) it will clear up on its own...

I say wait it out, it'll go away, but that is because it did with mine. I didn't have that problem with my first two, but my last little boy had it. He's now 7 months old and clear as a bell. I never did anything. I think some baby's are just more sensitive.

Washing it every day should help. If it starts to make your daughter/sons skin dry the doctor can prescribe a cream that is especially for babies. Its used every other day and definitely helped my daughter. So i would say ask the doctor and it should help!

Most babies have the acne either just on the face or sometimes their whole body. It usually only lasts from the first month to three months old.
As with adolescent acne, there's no clear answer. For some time, experts have pointed to the hormones babies receive from their mother at the end of pregnancy as a cause of baby acne. There's really nothing you can do to get rid of it. I would just take a warm washcloth and gently wipe baby once daily.

you dont... it goes away on its own. my daughter had it pretty bad when she was a baby and when she hit like 4 months it went away. people with say baby oil and washes etc. but it doesnt really matter
PS DONT USE CETEPHLL thats for adults!

Patience and time are the only remedies unfortunatley!! It doesn't last but a few months at the most (4-6 I think). I always wanted to pick at them on my daughter, but you've just got to leave them be and they'll disappear! Good luck.

Totally normal. I was told not to pic it and if it looks they have sensitive skin you can use Cetephil wash and lotion on them instead of the baby kind. It is in the normal face wash/lotion section. It helped my son a lot. Within a couple months all it will fade.

My daughter is 2 months old. At 3 weeks she got acne as well. There's nothing you can do to get rid of it. Just use a warm wash cloth to clense your baby's face. Other than that, time will heal it. It only lasted a couple weeks for my little one. It should go away rather quickly for yours too. Just don't pick at it!

Nothing! Erin is right it will go away and DO NOT pick it! If you are worried about how it looks just remember that no one will see it just your beautiful baby! (that's what I was worried about when my daughter had it)
