He really should be getting fresh fruit and vegetables in his diet. Are you giving him vitamin tablets? If so they help to a certain degree but the fresh fruit and vege's also have the fibre in them.

Do you sit down as a family to eat? I have 3 children and we sit down every night to eat. I only cook 1 meal (something I know they will like the flavours of) and everyone gets the same. My oldest is nearly 11 and my youngest is 2. I make sure that what I make isn't too spicy but the rule is that if you don't eat everything you don't get a treat. I always have a couple of serves of vegetables and they are usually the first to go.

Try not to make a big deal of it, serve it up to him and everyone else just start eating. Don't give in and give him biscuits because he will learn that you will eventually give them to him.

i agree with what michelle said. just know he wont starve. he will eventually eat. try making it fun, like carrot and celery sticks with some hommus to dip them in. most kids like having dip, it makes them feel like grown ups lol
