Yes, they can have it this early, I can only hope it gets better NOT worse as he gets older! Thanks for your reply......

I guess we all have a STRUGGLE of some kind to deal with, this is MINE :(

Wow. That sounds like a lot to deal with. Can they have ODD so young? I hope he doesn't need meds :/ He's so little, it's hard to believe he causes that much damage!

I don't really know what I would do in that situation.......I think you're headed in the right direction going to the doctor's.

Well, Ive been doing some research On-line since its gonna be a few weeks till we get in to see a Dr. but I am pretty darm sure its ODD. He is VERY easily angered, and atleast 3 times a day gets VIOLENTLY mad and throws a FIT! Wich includes hitting, scratching , throwing things etc. I cant even just walk away, he follows me and if I shut the door and lock it, he kicks the door till there is a whole in it. :( After quite a few of these in public, I now just stay home all the time and just have my husband handle things outside the house. It's been progressively getting worse for 6 months, and now that he is 40 lbs and STRONG, I cant handle the abuse anymore.

I've read alot of horror stories on-line about this disorder and Saddened that I have quite a struggle on my hands............................

No, and it's not normal IMO. I have a 3 year old and she does none of this. Has something changed? Any new siblings? School? Anything at all? Temper tantrums can be ignored, walk away, do NOT pick them up. Hurting you how?
