Put her in undies and get rid of diapers completely, take her to the potty often (45 minutes) and reward/praise for trying and going. Do not scold for having an accident, though I do think she is old enough to help clean up any accidents. Start off with she has to take off the wet clothes and you can help her put on dry clothes, use a mattress protector at night.

Bare bum worked with my daughter she was 15 months when she was potty trained. Its hard not to notice pee running down your leg.

To be honest, I'm having trouble with my 3 year old daughter with potty training. It seems like the older they get, the harder it is to get them to actually want to go. Hopefully both of us can get some advice on this one.
