If she does it every place else I would be concerned that there is a problem with the daycare and consider moving her just to be safe. My best friend was watching my son when I first went back to work. my son was crying everyday. my mom followed her one day and shall we say she didn't like what she saw. I moved my son out of her care immediately. As a parent we just had really different philosophies. She said she was a cry it out mom but I considered what she was doing to be neglect. anyway my son was trying to communicate that there was a problem with his behavior. He refused to eat while in her care. He ate fine for anyone else including other care takers. If she sometimes won't other places too that is different, but if it is only at school I would be concerned. if she will poop when she is left in the care of someone other than the school that would be a big red flag, but if she only poops for you that is different.
also talk to the school about how potty time happens. a lot schools have designated potty times, maybe that doesn't work for your daughter.
Also talk to the doctor and get his feelings.
