My 3yr still wants milk in a bottle..it's so embarrassing when people see her with the bottle. Some people have told me to put mustard in the milk and that kind of worked but then my mom said i should not do that. so i stopped. Someone also suggested to boil the bottle nipples in onion and garlic and that did not work. Can you please help me. I don't know what to do.

I also have a 10 month old so i can't just throw them away...

You could take her out shopping so she can choose her own special cup and make a big deal of it.

I would throw the bottle away - all of them, right now. Get some baby friendly sippy cups for your ten month old and transition the baby at the same time - at ten months the bub is old enough to use cups and to be learning to hold the cups themselves. Good luck!

At this age, you might have some luck making a big deal about being a big girl and getting a new cup. She's old enough to talk, so you can come to an agreement and then just hold her to it.

What happens when you just take the bottle away? From the tone in your question, I would guess there is a lot of screaming and tantrums when the bottle is just taken away. You could try replacing the bottle with a real cool big-girl sippy cup. You could try to make it kind of a big deal & really play it up, she's likely to forget all about the bottle when she sees her brand-new-big-girl-sippy-cup. Sometimes it's easier/ less traumatic for little ones to give up something they're attached to if they get a cool, more age-appropriate substitution. Try the sippy cup. If all else fails, just take away the bottle.

Thank u all for your advice. I really appreciate it. Tracy i will be taking your advice. I will be taking the bottle from both of them at the same time. I think my 10 mth old is ready for the change.

You have 2 real choices here. Continue letting her have the bottle until she decides she no longer wants/needs it.... Or take them away, put them in the trash, and be done w/ it (in some way or another).
