well i wasnt eating enough calories, but still cant pump enough milk to last 8 hours so i can go back to work. Even when i do pump a bottle i cant get her to take the bottle no more. I dont know what to do i have been out of work for three years i have a 3 babies a 2 year old and a one year old and ofcourse my 5 month old I have breast feed all 3 of my kids, I even breast feed my oldiest for 8 monthes. I would really like to start working again so if any body has any ideas on how to get my daughter taking bottles or even formula that would be great? thanks chelse...

Yeah I agree with Jodi, unless you have a medical condition that is impacting your milk supply the likely hood is that you will be able to produce enough milk.
If you talk to your doctor you can get some prescription medication to increase your milk or you can try a natural remedy called fenugreek.
At 4 months your baby maybe having a growth spurt which can cause them to feed very regularly, it can feel as if you do not have enough milk but in fact your baby is in the process of increasing your milk supply. The best way to keep your milk supply up is to not supplement with formula or even expressed breast milk. You will never express as much milk as a baby can drain from your breasts.
If it were me, I would exclusively breast feed then pump in between feeds to increase my milk supply. I would freeze the bm, not feed it to the baby right now otherwise they will be less hungry when breast feeding.
