My 4 year old diagnosed with Selective Mutism and Global delay, as her parents, we feel we're missing something!

Hi, my daugher has been diagnosed with SM and Global delay. we have been seeing an OT, play therapist and she also goes to a special needs preschool. Shes been going for 2 years. She refuses to speak to pretty much anyone outside of my husband and daughter and myself. We have seen neurologist who did a brain mri and found she has delayed myelination. He suspects it will fully form, but is common with children with developemental delay. She was premature at 34 wks, she was a sickly baby. Has reflux in kidneys where it can cause utis, and has had tonsils/adenoids removed and had tubes in ears. We have been through the wringer of specialists and still don't get firm answers. We saw a gentecist today that wants to send us to yet another specialist. didnt suspect a genetic disorder, labs came out normal minus one deleted chromosome that affects metabolizing medicine. she isn't on any medication as of now, so not concerned. Im not sure what to do at this point. She won't potty train, we've been trying for over 2 years now, she doesn't dress/undress self, she struggles with daily tasks, thrives by routine. She does show some sensory sensitivity. Not sure where else to turn. Wondering if anyone out there has had anything similar? Any advice?
