My 5 year old daughter shares a room with her older sister (they always have). She was a great sleeper when she was little, but since she was about 4 she had trouble sleeping through the night. She wakes up and comes into bed with me. I bring her back to her bed and she falls back asleep. There can be several put-backs a night. Then there are the nights when I'm so tired that she is able to sneak in without notice and I wake up at 4:00 am to her moaning in her sleep. My husband, as usual, is useless with middle of the night issues. How can I help her sleep through the night in her own bed? She has night lights and the bedroom door is closed. Luckily, her older sister is a great sleeper and is undisturbed by the mid night roaming.
