Good job! Yes, it's going to be a few nightmare meals, but when he sees that you aren't going to give in, he'll eat ;-) I promise!

Deep frying is even less healthy than microwaving.

GET RID of both. ALL that you have of both. Start introducing healthy foods, and don't give in, not even in 'desperation'.

He used to eat anything till the age 1 1/2 and one morning I made him his eggs and pancakes like usual and from there on he would vomit...His chicken nuggets I make them in a deep fryer...

Who is the parent here? The reason that he won't try anything else is because you settled for giving him ramen and microwave chicken nuggets when he started solids, and you've not introduced anything else to him in a manner that he doesn't have a choice.

Throw out all ramen and chicken nuggets NOW. Let him watch you do it. Replace those foods with healthy choices like salads, and a variety of protein & other choices. DO NOT GIVE IN. Your kid will not starve himself, he will eat eventually, once he realizes you mean it, and you're not bending.

Stick to your guns, because there's going to be tantrums. The screaming, kicking, throwing yourself on the floor types of tantrums...and you have to stay firm and continue to let him know that no matter how poorly he behaves, he's not getting one more package of cheap noodles or microwave chicken.
