My son refuses to sit down and learn the alphabet and numbers. He starts kindergarten this fall and I'm terrified he will be so far behind. I cry over this and fell awful that he didn't go to pre k. I don't know what I can do to make it fun for him. I didn't have this issue with my oldest two. HELP!

Thanks Cecilia. I'm definitely going to check it out. I feel like a bad mother and will try ANYTHING at this point.

ABCmouse.com Seriously the website is great! It does have a subscription fee but in my opinion it is well worth it.

I got my daughter through counting to 20, her abc's, along with letter recognition but after that we started the website and use it for about 30 minutes a day together. She is actually now counting to 100, can count by 2's,5,and 10's (within 2 weeks) She has her letter sounds pretty much down in that time frame too.

The website covers from 2-6 i think so give it a try for a month and see if it helps him.
