It could be teething. Either way just wait a few weeks and try again. There's no rush.

As Dove said, she is not yet ready. She is only an infant under a year. It does not matter if you offer puree or soft foods or some sorts of solids, you have to be careful and not force the issue. She will come around in her own time to eat. I know how frustrating it is not to be able to get them to eat this young but I lucked out and mine ate from this age on.

Actually she is teething..she has got two small teeths coming out...lol...and she is very fussy mist of the times due to that..could that be a reason for her lack of disinterest in eating??

Let her be. She isn't ready and there is nothing wrong w/ that. Breast milk has all she NEEDS up to and past a year. Food at this stage is just for fun and the learning experience. If she's not ready... there is nothing wrong w/ waiting. Some babies are ready by this age... some aren't ready til a year. Wait a few weeks and offer again. If she doesn't take to it. Wait some more. As long as you breastfeed on demand she will be FINE.
