My baby girl has slept through from 3 months old, she's pleasant and not really ever mard, but last night and a few nights this week, she's been waking up thrashing and grunting, and I've gone in and put the dummy in her mouth but it's been a case of in out in out all week, last night she went to sleep after her bath and bottle routine and sleep like an angel from 6:30 to 11pm, when she woke up screaming, I tried to settle her with. Ilk, but she refused it, she has been refusing her milk on most feeds for a least a month now, and I don't know what to do, she will have juice instead though, I ended up sleeping on the living room floor last night, because she eventually fell asleep there and I didn't want to move her incase she woke up again, I can't do that again, today I gave her dairy lee triangles and petit flous to try and give her the calcium she might be lacking from not having the milk, to be honest I'm not that worried about that because she's a good eater otherwise, it's the sleep thing, I don't wanna co sleep because I did it with my first baby and I was like a zombie but what do I do to get her back sleeping through I haven't changed her routine so it can't be something I've done, please advice x

perhaps shorten her naps during the day, maybe before bed start her on rice cereal.
