She was doing so good for the past two years out of the blue she starts crying so much that i even have to come and get her..When i dropped her off today she cried so much that she even seems like she's scared of being there she's non verbal so it's really hard to know what's happening but i really sense she's scared of being there but the teachers are so great with the kids it's really hard to know why she's like this..Have any special needs parents gone through this? i'm so heart broken.

There are 2 ways to homeschool. Depends on your state you live in. In Virginia. There is religious exemption and the schoolboard homeschool program. The religious exemption, you write the school board. (you have to contact the school board to find out whom you contact for the homeschooling of religious exemption). You write a letter stating you feel that it is your duty to homeschool your child. Put in verses of the bible. Like Titus 2: is one of them. Don't put information of how you feel about the schools and all and what you are going through.. Just put it in there that you feel that God says it is your duty and you are going to do what you feel is right for your child and what God commands.
Now I don't know if you believe in God or anything.. If not, I don't mean any harm. Just telling you what your options is.
The last option is going through the school board itself. You will homeschool your child, but you will have to have them test and grade your child throughout the year. So, there will be a curriculim through them and you have to abide by it.
Religious exemption, You will teach the child what you see fit and it is not by the school board what so ever. YOu dont have anything to do with them at all. This is the best one in my opinion. There are so many things that the schools are teaching that are not nessasary. I believe that the child needs the 3 basic things.. Reading , writing and math. I could go on about other subjects. Like history.. But, I don't care for it.. I remember in school each year on the same subject it was always something worded different.. so, what was the truth was beyond me.
Anyways, homeschooling to me is best , you have more safetiness and security. At least you know your child is not going to cry and not know what is going on when you are not there.

Maybe you need to think about homeschooling your child. It is so much better. It helps the child, not only for your support, but for safety. If she is crying cause you drop her off in school and seems scared and don't verbally talk.. then something must be going on there. I would keep her at home and file for homeschooling. I have had my children in school and I had so much problems with it and I took mine out and started homeschooling. It has been alot better for them. At least I know they are more protected and I know what is going on.
