I notice that my 7-yr. old daughter is so anxious when it comes to school. She always worries that her teacher might scold her, if she commits mistakes, or fails her exams. And she would end up suggesting me, that she won't go to school. But I'm never allowing her. There were incidents, she told me, that she 's throwing up at school. I feel that she's losing her confidence. But her performance as of today is excellent. For two consecutive years in preschool she was their top student. Before she didn't fear school, and now that she's in gradeschool there was never a day that she felt nervous. I'm breaking to see my daughter like this. And most of the time, I will end up angry because she doesn't believe in all the things that I'm saying to her. I really don't know what to do. Pls. help.

Maybe organise a meeting with teacher or principle to discuss these things. My best friend in primary school was like this. Different reasons but she would cry and become sick and worrying. It was arranged that first thing in the morning when she went to school she could go sit quietly in the library until she felt comfortable going to class. I'd just be talking to the school and figuring out what is going on and how to resolve it so she enjoys going to school especially since she is a good learner. And explain to her as long as she is trying her best that is the main thing. She can't be expected she be great at everything as long as she gives it her best that's what matters.
