My 9 yr old daughter has bumps on her skin. They look like a blister under the skin but then it comes to a head and pops and off white waxy stuff with a black spot comes out. our doctor says it is warts but they just don't look like warts to me. They now are along the edge of her panty line and the inside of her legs. they started on her belly. Anyone have any ideas..

Last I checked, warts don't pop.

I'm thinking pimples? My hubby calls them "sweat zits"...he gets them in the areas where he's sweaty, and usually has a constriction...like undies. But usually not blackheads...

I'm not sure if I'd see a different doctor, just in case, or not. Are they itchy? Do they hurt, or is she running any type of temperature in conjunction with the bumps?

Did you ever find out what these are? My 9 year old daughter has exactly the same thing! They appear in various places--tummy, back, leg, shoulder and then pop with the white stuff and then go away. Very strange. They look like a wart or a skin tag until they pop. I don't think it is warts. I am curious to know if you ever got this resolved. Thanks!

Wow, then I'm not sure!!! But I do wish you luck in finding out, and please let us know what they decided!

I hope that she's not too horribly uncomfortable, either

No temperature, not itchy. I googled some skin problems and they look like chicken pox but she had chicken pox before (she was covered all over). These she had some acouple months ago and now they are back and there are more today then yesterday. Strange part is they don't hurt and they are not itchy...
