My almost 2 year old child don't want to chew her food and if I don't mash it, she will spit it out. Please can you give some advice.

If it's something that you persist in struggling with, I would investigate getting a consultation with an occupational therapist, who could give you tailored exercises to assist you.

My daughter did this for months. We realised that she was finding it hard to chew some things so just wasn't cooperating.

We got through it by partially mashing her food, then upping the difficulty level every few weeks. If we got to a point where she started spitting it out again, then we'd go back to the previous level of mash/solid difficulty.

We also found it important for her to see us eating real food so that she was getting interested in eating what mommy and daddy were eating. It helped us transition.

Now, finally, she is chewing whole pieces of meat.
